Dr. Kriett joined UCSD Medical Center in 1989 and is a Professor of Surgery. She was an instructor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota Hospital. She holds many academic and professional honors, and is active in many professional societies, including International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
